ProEdit has an exciting new opportunity for a technical writer for a full-time, on-site, three-to-four month contract position in Mineola, NY (11501). This position will be responsible for creating and updating documentation for a leading-edge content server application.

Our client offers a business casual environment with flexible work hours. There is a possibility that this contract will be extended.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of technical writing experience.
• Previous experience writing software documentation.
• Working Knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker.
• Ability to present relative writing samples.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
